Behind the scenes of FOI

We didn’t just do a shoot…

we built a whole palace at midnight.

This is the Project Making BTS of FOI Magazine January 2026 (Boudoir Edition) — from set build to final cinematic lighting.

In just 6 hours, we created an 18ft × 40ft master bedroom set with black negative space, balcony doors for moonlight, warm palace doors, vintage props, haze, candles, and that film-like boudoir atmosphere you’ve never seen in India at this scale.

We built a teal–amber night palette with hard keys, soft bounce, and WRGB ambience to sculpt skin while letting the pool do the rim-light magic. Here’s the full breakdown with frame grabs from the tech pass.
